About the ISG Virtual Library
The Iguana Specialist Group Virtual Library is adapted from the database created by the Tapir Specialist Group (TSG) and the Botanical Research Institute of Texas (BRIT). Originally started by Allison Alberts and Tandora Grant (San Diego Zoo Institute for Conservation Research) as a Cyclura bibliography, it has now grown to include over 1700 citations related to all species in the family Iguanidae. The Library contains journal articles, non-peer reviewed articles, reports, theses, conference proceedings, newspaper and website articles, and audio/visual media files.

We aim to make this a constantly updating and robust resource for iguana researchers and those interested in accessing published studies and articles on iguanas that are often difficult to obtain in hard copy.
